Debuts April 4 on Hulu. Written by playwright Jack Thorne (Harry Potter and the Cursed Child), "Kiri" effectively serves as the second season of the British anthology series National Treasure (which, like its acclaimed, Peabody-winning first season, will stream in the U.S. on Hulu). This four-episode drama tells a completely different story, focusing on the abduction of a nine-year-old black girl just prior to her adoption by a white family. The cast is led by Happy Valley star Sarah Lancashire, who plays a social worker, and reviews from the UK (where it already aired) were strong.
