Movie debuts September 30 on Disney+

Will it be September's best-reviewed new film? Probably not—but there's a chance it could make fans happy. Bette Midler, Kathy Najimy, and Sarah Jessica Parker return for a streaming sequel to the 1993 box office flop turned cult hit Hocus Pocus that is set in the present day. New cast members include Sam Richardson and Tony Hale, while Anne Fletcher (Step Up) takes over as director.
