Horror series debuts October 12 on Syfy and USA
Simulcast on two networks, Chucky is a spinoff from the horror film series about a murderous doll and, like all seven films, is written by Don Mancini, who serves as showrunner in addition to directing the premiere. Jennifer Tilly, who starred in four of those films, returns as Tiffany Valentine, while Chucky's voice is once again supplied by Brad Dourif. Mancini has cited fan favorite Child's Play 2 as the main inspiration for the series.
