The Guardians of the Galaxy Holiday Special

Special debuts November 25 on Disney+

It looks like the recent Werewolf by Night wasn't a one-off but the launch of a new concept: the Marvel holiday special. This month, James Gunn writes and directs a short Christmas special based on his Marvel film series (and returning the entire cast, plus Cosmo the Spacedog) that finds the Guardians heading to Earth to pick up a holiday gift for Star-Lord (Chris Pratt). And what are they shopping for, you might ask? Actor Kevin Bacon—but he's not going without a fight. Gunn has described the special as the "greatest thing" he's made yet, so consider your expectations raised.
