Patricia Arquette plays a recovering addict turned unlikely private investigator in the small California desert town of Yucca Valley in a dark comedy created by a pair of Nurse Jackie writers, Nancy Fichman and Jennifer Hoppe, along with Miss Congeniality co-writer Katie Ford. Rupert Friend, Bernadette Peters, Matt Dillon, and Brad Garrett also star. Jay Roach (Austin Powers, Meet the Parents)—a late replacement for Ben Stiller, who remains as a producer—directs all eight episodes, the first three of which stream on day one.
