Fall Games Preview: 20 Most-Anticipated Videogames
Below, we profile the most noteworthy videogames scheduled for release between now and the end of the year. Games without official release dates (like this week's new Early Access title Divinity: Original Sin 2) are omitted, since they may not arrive until 2017.
The latest project from Mega Man creator Keiji Inafune (which also comes from some of the developers behind Metroid Prime and features a story by Halo and Destiny co-creator Joseph Staten) is an action-adventure sci-fi game centering on a female protagonist who must save humanity in the distant future. She has the help of a companion in the form of a glowing blue orb, or core, that can be inserted inside a variety of robot types (including a cute robot dog) to bring them to life.
