Rico Rodriguez returns as your protagonist, and this time he is in the fictional South American country of Solis, the home turf of the Black Hand. Expect extreme weather conditions (with the wind impacting your movement) and plenty of high-speed chases. Once again, however, there's no multiplayer gameplay.
