Freeform's very modern family comedy series has a premise not entirely unlike the aforementioned Party of Five. In this case, a 25-year-old gay Australian man (played by series creator Josh Thomas, best known for Please Like Me) suddenly finds himself as the guardian to his two American teenage half-sisters after their father suddenly dies from cancer. Freeform has renewed the series for a second season.
