Season 2 debuts April 23 on HBO. The past few years have seen a revitalization of the sketch comedy genre on TV, and one of the best examples is this groundbreaking and Emmy-nominated HBO series created by Robin Thede and produced by Issa Rae. Arriving nearly two years after its debut, the show's pandemic-delayed second season adds a pair of new cast members (Laci Mosley, Skye Townsend) to its core of Thede, Ashley Nicole Black, and Gabrielle Dennis (but not Quinta Brunson, who was unavailable due to scheduling conflicts). Guests this season include Rae and Gabrielle Union.
