In the gallery above, find details on the most-anticipated games that are expected to be released for PlayStation, Xbox, Switch, and PC during 2020. (They're listed in alphabetical order.) While our list only includes games with confirmed release dates or that seem more likely than not to come out this year, you'll also find some of the more remote possibilities for 2020 compiled at the end of the gallery.
Out May 19 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC. A crowdfunded sequel to 2014's Wasteland 2, the latest chapter in the post-apocalyptic RPG series comes, like that game, from the now-Microsoft-owned inXile Entertainment (and will actually be published by Deep Silver, not Microsoft, so it will also hit the PS4). This time, the action takes place in a very snowy Colorado rather than the desert. Your rangers will have access to an all-terrain tank to help navigate the frozen wasteland, and a higher production budget means that the game will finally have voice-acted dialogue sequences rather than a sea of text.
