Wayne Aveline

Biography: Wayne was 32 when he became a competitor on Project Catwalk. He's a Buddhist as well as being gay and works as the Club Host at Birmingham and The Cross. While living in Italy he was a women's wear designer for Sisley. He has a BA (Hons) Fashion Design from Central St Martin, and won fetish designer of the year at the Erotica Awards. His specialty is haute couture, women's evening wear and avant-garde. Even with the demands on his time created by his victory on Project Catwalk and developing his new fashion line for Debenham's, he regularly visits his mother, Barbara Brittle, of Wednesbury, and father Graham Aveline, of Walsall. He has a sister Melissa, 35, and three step-brothers Christopher, Frank and Gavin Rock.
