Ron McLarty
Biography: Providence-born character actor Ron McLarty gained fame in the 1980s as Sgt. Frank Belson on Spencer for Hire. Following that, he appeared on ABC's infamous short-lived Cop Rock and was a staple guest-player on everything from Law and Order to Sex and the City throughout the 1990s and into the 2000s. In 2007, he was cast as the father of Parker Posey and Lauren Ambrose on the Fox comedy series The Return of Jezebel James.
