Nigel Barker

Biography: America's Next Top Model judge Nigel Barker was born in London, England, and got his start in the fashion industry with an appearance on the televised U.K. model search The Clothes Show in the mid-'80s. Since then, Barker has traveled the globe on campaigns for such popular brands as Donna Karan, Giorgio Armani, and Ralph Lauren, among others. In 1996, Barker made the move to the other side of the camera and established his own photo studio, dubbed Studio NB and located in a fashionable area of Manhattan. Over the next few years, Barker's photography would eclipse even his successful modeling career, and he became well known for his generosity in nurturing the careers of rising models.
