Miriam Garron
Biography: Sous chef Miriam Garron began working for the Food Network in December 2003 as an editor on "Freelancer in the Kitchen." She attended The Institute of Culinary Education (formerly known as Peter Kump's New York Cooking School) in 1993. She is best known for her biscuits and egg salad, and her favorite foods are parmesan cheese, chick peas, garlic, tomatoes, and pea shoots. Her charitable contributions include working with the Park Avenue Community Church Soup Kitchen. She has worked as a sous chef on Throwdown! with Bobby Flay since the series premiered in 2006.
