Michael Lindsay-Hogg

Biography: A prolific stage and television director in the 1960s, Michael Lindsay-Hogg made his big-screen directorial bow in the Beatles' Let It Be (1970), in which he also appeared. Since that time, his theatrical-feature output has been minimal (Nasty Habits, The Object of Beauty) though he has flourished in the realm of the made-for-TV movie. Michael Lindsay-Hogg's credits within that realm include the landmark British miniseries Brideshead Revisited (1981) and the feature-length Master Harold...and the Boys (1984), Nazi Hunter: The Beate Klarsfield Story (1985) and Running Mates (1992). Michael Lindsay-Hogg is the son of British actress Geraldine Fitzgerald.
