Matsuri Hino

Biography: Matsuri Hino started out as a bookstore shopkeeper until she decided to become a manga artist. She actually become a manga artist only 9 months after deciding to become one with the publication of Kono Yume ga Sametara (When This Dream is Over) in the LaLa DX magazine in Japan in 1995. Her works include Toraware no Minoue (Captive Circumstance), MeruPeri, WANTED, and Vampire Knight. She enjoys creative activities and would have preferred to be an architect or a traditional Japanese craft master's apprentice if she was not a manga artist.
