Hugh Harman

Biography: Hugh Harman of Harman-Ising productions was one of the earliest animators. You may not have heard of him or Rudolf Ising since it has been so long since they have worked on anything. The cartoons are the same style of cartoons before the 1940s. They are responsible for helping start up Merrie Melodies, Looney Tunes, Disney, and Tom & Jerry.
