Frank Finlay
Biography: He studied theater at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts, going on to make his living primarily on the British stage. He debuted onscreen in The Loneliness of the Long Distance Runner (1962) and appeared in numerous films, though Finlay was on screen less frequently after 1975. For his portrayal of Iago in the film version of the National Theater of Great Britain production of Othello (1965; co-starring Laurence Olivier in the title role), he received a Best Supporting Actor Oscar nomination.
