    Um álbum realmente muito bom, infelizmente só consegue ser entendido por pessoas inteligentes, por isso foi tão odiado. Mind Maze, Bonna Petit e Hey Hey Hey são as mais ruinzinhas. O resto é ótimo!

    Um álbum que mostra uma outra face da popstar que com tanto pouco tempo de carreira conseguiu feitos inimagináveis para uma iniciante.
    Em 'witness' Katy Perry desmonta a imagem da hitmaker de eras passadas e nos mostra sua face mais humana, outro aspecto interessante é sua posição política, algo que vemos com clareza nas faixas 'chained to the rhythm' e 'bigger than me'.

    This album did not deserve all the low scores! It's Katy's best album so far and people should listen to it more, not just on the first few listen to it because the more you listen to the album, the more you appreciate it.

    The world went through a lot of evolutions, and so did Katy Perry. She's not afraid of trying different things other than her previous works, both sonically and lyrically. Especially, the lyrics this time are well positioned, and the messages she wants to deliver in each song really represent her purposeful pop.     Definitely her best album vocally and production wise. Highlights include 'Power', 'Tsunami', and 'Into Me You See'. Personal favourite is 'Act My Age' which is only available on the deluxe version.

    It is one of the best albums released in 2017, with a sound that appeals to the ears as in Déjà-vu, Witness and Dance With The Divel. The album and Katy Perry really did not deserve bad approval from the public and media, the "failure" of the singer's fourth album is not for the supposed "poor quality" of it, which is nonexistent. But rather, by the persuasion and persecution against Katy.

    This album is a misunderstood masterpiece, unfortunately I add. It has some crazy lyrics and sounds, yes it's completely different than Katy's previous work, but it's much more intimate. My favorite Katy Perry album without a doubt ♡

    Un excelente álbum, el cual te da un viaje en su historia, que contiene una gran falencia: la elección de los singles. Pero en general hay para todos los gustos. Personalmente creo que es un álbum muy infravalorado y que merece mucho más reconocimiento del que tiene.

    Witness é a peça que estava faltando na carreira e musicalidade de Katy Perry. A obra traz consigo vulnerabilidade, consciência e palavras sábias, algo que anteriormente parecia ser evitado nos discos anteriores da artista, que apenas buscava entretenimento e sentimentos aflorados, sem muito envolvimento pessoal. Katy Perry já tem seu legado concretizado na indústria depois de Witness.

    Roulette e Miss You More foram as que mais chegaram perto do que Katy fez nos seus álbuns anteriores.

    A very well produced album, mature and full of engaging rhythms and strong lyrics. It does a little bit on a few tracks, but nothing that takes away the brilliance of what it purports to bring. Bigger Than Me and Bon Appétit my favorite tracks.

There are some pacing issues like on her previous album and one or two songs just don't connect with the rest of the album. En general un sonido muy adelantado para su época si lo ubiera liberado en 2019 o 2020 creo que ubiera funcionado vocal ente katy suena espectacular y su producción muy alternativa perfecta para u.     Leaving her comfort zone, this woman delivered the best album of her career. Each song comes with great sounds, some sin in production and distorted vocals that sometimes make strip jump, but it still becomes a good album and that you feel strong and witness to love as it says in various parts. The woman she became to feel on every piece of this album, the intimate version makes it good.

    I truly love this album but the singles didn't give justification to what the album is about to give us. The maturity is in, the production, the message and the overall experience are just satisfactory.

    This album really gives us a deeper insight into Katy's mind in the past few years. It is criminally underrated and is one of her best records to date. It explores lose, sexuality and coming out of a depressive part of her life as well as having heavy political messages. The singles did not do this album justice. It deserves a higher rating and much more respect.

Con sonidos electropop experimentales, letras de empoderamiento, crítica social e himnos feministas, Perry intentó otorgar algo diferente y falló en el intento. Vamos, que soy fan, pero si algo le debo criticar a Witness es la forma en que fue presentado, Chained to the Rhythm suena a un descarte de Prism, y todos los sencillos elegidos no son la esencia del disco. Creo que la forma de mostrar la maduréz del mismo era con el title track "Witness" o el potente "Power". Eso si le sumamos el terrible orden de las pistas.

    Los instrumentales, carentes de una producción sólida. Las letras, de las mejores de su carrera.La era, un desastre perfecto que pudo resultar mejor.    … Expand

    IDk songs seem to be very soft. no hard beats, no trash, there is no extra moments on this album. But no hits here. You are still waiting for huge banger till the album ens and.. you dont get it. Good album

Embora não tenha sido um grande destaque comercial foi um enorme salto na carreira de Katy, agora não colocando ela apenas como uma pop star, e sim, como uma artista de verdade. Witness, Déjà Vu, Power, Miss You More, Chained To The Rhythm, Swish Swish,Com Witness, Katy buscou através da sonoridade de cada música, novos caminhos, o que resultou no álbum mais diferente de sua carreira.     While it's certainly missing any form of coherency, Witness does feel like you're growing with Perry - going on this journey that's helped her find new ground and a reinvigorated appreciation for all walks of the pop music spectrum.

    It’s a real shame Witness has come out as a bit of a disjointed mess, as there’s a decent record somewhere in there, but it gets lost in the fog of endless guest productions and co-writes that miss the point entirely.
