    Pop Katy is back. This is exactly what we have been waiting for over 3 years since her last record. I love seeing an artist evolving. This new record has a lot to offer. From funky pop fun songs that are Katy's signature image, to more mature tracks that catch our emotions.     Her best album to date! Great lyrics, belted high notes and sonically friendly songs. Remember, "0" reviews are from haters and they are pressed because Katy released the best album of 2k17. Anyway, the critics are biased so don't rely on them, too.

    It's her best work yet. Witness really shows the side of Katy that she never show us before. Every song is beautifully and professionally made and craft into a piece of art with a tune that you cannot deny it's fun to dance to. MASTERPIECE

    This is the MASTERPIECE of Katy Perry. Passion, energy, feeling and vulnerability that enclosed in the same place gave birth to this cd. The instruments are something really unique and rare. The texts, which may have a first impact seem simple, are really well taken care of and, above all, very easy to remember. 'Miss you more' and 'Hey Hey Hey' are the best in my opinion.     Mind Maze is the only disappointing track on the record, while Tsunami seems a bit boring but the song is a grower. With the titletrack, Miss You More, Power and Roulette, the album offers some of the best pop songs this year. Generally I have to praise the production on the album, as well as Perry's will to experiment on many songs of the album (although the autotune-experiment on MindMind Maze is the only disappointing track on the record, while Tsunami seems a bit boring but the song is a grower. With the titletrack, Miss You More, Power and Roulette, the album offers some of the best pop songs this year. Generally I have to praise the production on the album, as well as Perry's will to experiment on many songs of the album (although the autotune-experiment on Mind Maze failed).     This is the best Katy`s album ever.It so deep,beautiful and so touching.This album is the result of Katy`s grown.I'm really proud of Katy.And also this album is not a child toy(like TD ) it is full adult album.

    Overall, personally I think this new album is much better than 'PRISM'. I actually enjoy and like listening to a majority of this album and not just 8 songs like 'PRISM' or 'One of the Boys'.

    Foram quase 4 anos esperando. De início houve estranhamento, mas me tocou profundamente. Obrigado Katy Perry, sempre acreditei em você. Não importa o desempenho nos charts (coisa que não dou atenção) o álbum é de uma mulher adulta para seus fãs, você está tentado nos conscientizar e eu a parabenizo por isso.

    THIS IS THE BEST ALBUM OF 2017! It's refreshing to listen to new Katy Perry tunes that I've been waiting for almost 4 years and it's really worth the wait, this album is very different from her other albums, I'm in love with her vocal because is on point and I think she really outdid herself with WITNESS, I recommended this!

    It is truly one of the best albums of the year! Just don't give up on it after the first listen. The album is such a grower! My favorites are Roulette and Power. What is great, that she is being very personal in most of the songs and it gets me every time.

    I just finished the album. Its truly stunning one! I don't listen to Katy Perry all the time but some of the songs in this album really do moved me, making me repeating for the past hours. Anyway, I believe this is a amazing comeback for Katy. GOAL!

    On my first listen, I found the album to be good but also messy, boring, and lyrically confusing but that all changed with my second listen. It grew on me so much more and now I love this album! My least favorites are Pendulum and Into Me You See. Giving this album an 8/10 since it has some flaws.

Prism was okay, though dark horse is my favorite Katy Perry song. People might interpret the album bad because of the singles she released lately but if you really listen to the album you'll realized it's truly amazing. Witness, Chained To the Rhythm, Power, Roulette, Hey Hey Hey, Tsunami, Swish Swish, Pendelum are all great. Even ballads are all great. Couldn't ask more. Congrats Katy you did that.… Expand

Starting with "Witness" which is a song with a refrain so great and that takes me to another world, "Roulette" is magnificent, it is so retro. "Tsunami" is another jewel of this great album. The three ballads "Miss You More", "Save As Draft" and "Into Me You See" are a hard blow to the heart and to cry as we watch the rain fall.     The album is wonderful, it's something new and different that we had not seen much in Katy. It is clear that Katy grew a lot and learned a lot from all that. Maybe many "critics" do not like this change, but Katy is always changing and I love it!

    The best album of the year so far and the best in Katy's career. Roulette, Tsunami, Witness are holy trinity. Roulette alone made my wig fly to Oblivia, my scalp is still bleeding. Besides these 3 tracks, Mind Maze, Power, Pendulum, Deja Vu and Hey Hey Hey are also wig-snatching songs. The whole album is so good I can't even choose the worst song (but the best is Roulette and that's theThe best album of the year so far and the best in Katy's career.     Despite the resiliency that was very present on the album, Katy brought strong and powerless lyrics as in Power, hey hey and pendulum, she was still able to highlight her vocals in the tracks.
    Although the first singles did not get a good approval from the public it is necessary to give a chance to this album that has great songs but that need to be digested in a slow way so as not to frighten its listeners.    … Expand

    If an album make you cry, it's a masterpiece and it made me cry at its first track. this song is indeed a 360 degree liberation and it empowers us in different kind of scenarios. the over all impact of the album is 99/100. Far best from other album released this year. Just listen to the music with digesting all of its lyrics to know the real beauty of it.

    I am surprised of this album, it is totally different from his previous works and I love it, good lyrics, amazing voice, his best album.
    The wait was worth it, the ballads are perfect and the rhythms very balanced.
    Favorite Songs: Power, Pendulum, Into Me You See, Roulette.

    I swear critics just want her to re-release the same music over and over again. Sorry that Katy raised the bar so high with Teenage Dream but move on and accept that she is continuously evolving. This album was definitely worth the wait and my favourite track is constantly changing which just proves what a great record Witness is overall. Do not be fooled by the biased critics.

    This album is the best of Katy so far, and one of the best masterpieces of this century. The history, melody and the lyrics makes you travel to another level and feel the song like you are living the moment. Katy did a great job on this record!

On Teenage Dream and PRISM sure she delivered some career highlights such as Firework and Walking On Air, but on Witness, she's on top of her game with amazing lyrics and new producers.     While it's certainly missing any form of coherency, Witness does feel like you're growing with Perry - going on this journey that's helped her find new ground and a reinvigorated appreciation for all walks of the pop music spectrum.

    It’s a real shame Witness has come out as a bit of a disjointed mess, as there’s a decent record somewhere in there, but it gets lost in the fog of endless guest productions and co-writes that miss the point entirely.
