  1. This is more than some disparate litany of distant apocalyptic perils, however. There’s a deeper and more germane thread running through the album.
  2. Yet like last time, there are plenty of sturdy, major-key melodies that go straight for the jugular. But whatever sing-along quality they have, their effectiveness is almost always determined by context.

    I really don't understand, why the reviews are so bad. This is surely not for everyone, but nevertheless it's a great record and I I really don't understand, why the reviews are so bad.
