    Honestly this album is SO GOOD. Katy knows how to do pop perfection. This deserves a lot of recognition. More than other albums released today. Maybe katy´s BEST album.

Iniciando com a tristeza, depois ela sorri pois vence sua depressão. Aparece então o grande peão que ajudou nesse ciclo de recuperação... O amor. E por fim ela consegue seguir sua vida dando boas vindas a uma nova fase de amor e a chegada de sua filha. Não é mais do mesmo, é sua voz, sua mente, sua vida. Muitos críticos querem um novo firework, mas não é possível recriar algo na vida, são momentos e Perry expressa o momento mais difícil e pessoal da sua.     The album is the best of its kind. Critics write that Katy does not change, but for me this is truly a very conscious, real album. Each track gives me a very good push inside to do something good. The smile just doesn't leave my face. Love you.

    A perfect album!
    A true lyrical journey from Katy's last years since Witness.
    There is no bad music and the vocal evolution is totally clear.
    What Katy wants with this album is that we can smile, despite the moment we are living in the world. It is an album that injects spirit and makes us hope for better days.

    SMILE is American popstar's greatest return to Pop League! Some of the songs may sound cliché and need reinvention, but the boppiness of those was explicit. Such a great pop record, Katy!

    Without fleeting moments of bad taste, Perry does indeed sound mature, but she's also not quite as fun. That's a conscious choice, though. Smile is intended to evoke memories of her frivolous younger days while pointing toward a sustainable pop future.

    Like Joanne before Chromatica, Smile plays like a necessary centering exercise, indulging her insecurities and less surefire instincts. If Witness was overdetermined, Smile is an earnest exhale, for better or for worse. It delivers an image of her journey towards inner peace that is honest (if corny) and catchy (if not exactly inventive).
