    Puede que no sea un experto en la música, en los distintos géneros que existen y en como un disco influye en la música, lo que sí me ha quedado claro es que Katy Perry con este nuevo disco, definitivamente no está jugando y nos está mostrando que a pesar de mostrar una sonrisa puede que no estemos en nuestro mejor momento pero la podemos recuperar con el paso del tiempo y reflexionando unPuede que no sea un experto en la música, en los distintos géneros que existen y en como un disco influye en la música, lo que sí me ha quedado claro es que Katy Perry con este nuevo disco, definitivamente no está jugando y nos está mostrando que a pesar de mostrar una sonrisa puede que no estemos en nuestro mejor momento pero la podemos recuperar con el paso del tiempo y reflexionando un tiempo bastante largo, y con este disco nos viene a ayudar de la.mejor manera, todo un nop magnífico, es pop puro y vale toda la pena escucharlo, espero mi crítica baste para que se animen a escucharlos ya que con toda seguridad los hará sonreír.… Expand

    This album is cohesive and is a ray of hope and sunshine in these dark times. Not the end of the world is my favorite from the album.

    An incredible work from Katy. Definitely a step up from Witness. Her song-writting, her production, her storytelling throughout the album and her delivery are absolutely contagious. An extremely well crafted body of work.

    Idk about others, but for me this isnt a very simillar album to the others she made. Maybe the singles can be the "old katy" of prism and teenage dream but the non-singles are very catchy and different to the other musical works she made!

Os "críticos" sempre cobraram uma mudança na sonoridade dela, e quando trouxe algo diferente em 2017 com o "Witness", foi massacrada da mesma forma. É um loop infinito de ódio. Comparam a carreira dela atualmente com os grandes sucessos do passado, como se issoUm álbum ótimo. É tóxico e desrespeitoso em alguns casos.

    It's a great album, full of songs about self-esteem, full of new rhythms and great lyrics, the album tries to make us see that we can also be our own hero and that we must be strong to achieve our goal in life.

    Este es un álbum que te lleva a sonreír, hace honor a su nombre. Katy Perry demuestra que renace y viene más firme que nunca. Se merece todo el reconocimiento del mundo, este es un álbum de luz.

    As one of the most important pop artists in the world, Katy Perry creates a monstrous hype with this album's release. The finish result seems to be tasteless. There are just a few non-single songs that sound catchy but you can barely notice the change between the other songs.
    After Daisy's birth the Daisies song takes whole new meaning and it's wonderful, but it's not enough for an album.    As one of the most important pop artists in the world, Katy Perry creates a monstrous hype with this album's release. The finish result seems to be tasteless. There are just a few non-single songs that sound catchy but you can barely notice the change between the other songs.
    After Daisy's birth the Daisies song takes whole new meaning and it's wonderful, but it's not enough for an album. An album that feels incomplete.     A perspicaz da Katy em fazer esse album, ou melhor, essa obra prima é admirável[...]
    Coesão, aclamação e perfeição são palavras que resume Smile.

    Me gustaría decir que es algo novedoso o al menos decente, pero para nada es así, sigue la misma línea que todos sus trabajos anteriores, muy feliz, positiva y cae en lo cliché, solo una o dos canciones son realmente buenas pero lamentablemente no son memorables.

    Una obra maestra, y su mensaje es perfecto para la situación actual por la que el mundo entero atraviesa. Entre más oscura la noche, las estrellas brillan más, y la oscuridad que vivió Katy tuvo su desenlace en este grandioso disco.

    Without fleeting moments of bad taste, Perry does indeed sound mature, but she's also not quite as fun. That's a conscious choice, though. Smile is intended to evoke memories of her frivolous younger days while pointing toward a sustainable pop future.

    Like Joanne before Chromatica, Smile plays like a necessary centering exercise, indulging her insecurities and less surefire instincts. If Witness was overdetermined, Smile is an earnest exhale, for better or for worse. It delivers an image of her journey towards inner peace that is honest (if corny) and catchy (if not exactly inventive).
