    Es un álbum muy bueno, nos transporta a ese sueño adolescente, pero con sonidos frescos, donde cada canción es un deleite sin relleno alguno, me atrevería a decir que ha sido el mejor trabajo de Katy Perry

I can say Cry About It Later, Tucked, & Daises are my favorite's. These songs all represent a sexy, fun, & positive side of Katy that just makes me feel good. But there are some songs I'm on a rough side about. Teary Eyes, Harley's in Hawaii, & Only Love. Teary Eyes & Harley's in Hawaii are songs trying to be fun but completely fail. Only Love has a great, amazing message but the production and some of the lyrics just failed. The album is in my opinion one of the best Katy Perry albums and it sucks that some of the songs ruined the message and theme of the album.… Expand

    This is a good pop album, it's nothing wow or very very special, it's good and it's Katy Perry essential, and the critic aren't judging the music, but the person, sadly.

    En verdad es un álbum muy bien hecho y completo, Katy Perry demostró nuevamente porque es una artista que tuvo y tiene todo para seguir triunfando en la industria musical, tiene un talento indiscutible y este álbum es la muestra clara de eso aunque lo considero muy infravalorado para lo bueno que es.

    There's not a whole lot to say about this album, it's largely forgettable. The only real highlight is Never Really Over, everything else is filled with cliches, generic production, and most of the hooks aren't nearly as catchy as Katy's best work. It's, at best, a half-decent attempt at recreating her old hits, but without any of the spark that made them such great pop music.

After the sad flop of Witness (very deep and not for everyone), Katy wants to come back stronger than before. An album in which the desire to return to the Pure-Pop style that characterized her until 2015 is evident. Songs with a precise concept, new and always pressing sounds, Katy's inevitable touchI have been a Katy fan since 2010 when she released Teenage Dream which made pop history. After the sad flop of Witness (very deep and not for everyone), Katy wants to come back stronger than before. An album in which the desire to return to the Pure-Pop style that characterized her until 2015 is evident.     A perfect album!
    A true lyrical journey from Katy's last years since Witness.
    There is no bad music and the vocal evolution is totally clear.
    What Katy wants with this album is that we can smile, despite the moment we are living in the world. It is an album that injects spirit and makes us hope for better days.
    Pop perfection! 10/10

    Without fleeting moments of bad taste, Perry does indeed sound mature, but she's also not quite as fun. That's a conscious choice, though. Smile is intended to evoke memories of her frivolous younger days while pointing toward a sustainable pop future.

    Like Joanne before Chromatica, Smile plays like a necessary centering exercise, indulging her insecurities and less surefire instincts. If Witness was overdetermined, Smile is an earnest exhale, for better or for worse. It delivers an image of her journey towards inner peace that is honest (if corny) and catchy (if not exactly inventive).
