    Uno de sus mejores trabajos, líricamente, en producción de álbum, los sonidos, la secuencia, el como se desarrolla el álbum, una gran evolución desde One of the boys. Se nota mucho el esfuerzo en este álbum, se notan los detalles con los que está hecho y fue trabajado

    Katy com certeza é uma artista além do tempo dela e vem provando isso desde o teenage dream. Agora, 10 anos depois ela retorna com um trabalho maduro e ainda mais coeso que o teenage dream, isso não só pelo seu potencial, mas por toda sua essência que fica evidentemente clara em smile. Artistas como ela, merecem muito mais que #1 na hot100 e ela não precisa mais provar isso ninguém,Katy com certeza é uma artista além do tempo dela e vem provando isso desde o teenage dream.     The album is completely full of energy and poetry! It’s beautiful when you’re completely embraced by the beat and then you realize what the song is actually saying. Katy Perry is showing that you don’t need to be happy to smile, dance and have fun! This album is completely! Of course it is her best album!

    Without fleeting moments of bad taste, Perry does indeed sound mature, but she's also not quite as fun. That's a conscious choice, though. Smile is intended to evoke memories of her frivolous younger days while pointing toward a sustainable pop future.

    Like Joanne before Chromatica, Smile plays like a necessary centering exercise, indulging her insecurities and less surefire instincts. If Witness was overdetermined, Smile is an earnest exhale, for better or for worse. It delivers an image of her journey towards inner peace that is honest (if corny) and catchy (if not exactly inventive).
