    At this point in his own career, Danzig may still be able to approximate Elvis’s vocal range, but he fails to invest these songs with a unique vision.

    Too close to the original to be a worthy reinvention, and too flawed in execution to feel like a successful homage, although this will almost certainly remain the only Elvis tribute album to include a sample from Aleister Crowley, at least until Jimmy Page gets around to making one.

    Danzig's constant over-producing of songs kind of hurt him on this one. There were certainly a few good covers on it but for the most part,Danzig's constant over-producing of songs kind of hurt him on this one. There were certainly a few good covers on it but for the most part, They're all too similar sounding and almost come off as uninspired. Considering how long we had to wait for this, I expected a lot better.… Full Review »
