    Best album of 2020... Every song starting from the title track we hear unique pop music and lose you to love me is the most empowering and inspiring song in the album

    One of the best album I've ever heard . It has a variety of songs that are so relatable and you can actually connect to them . Its lyrically moving and has the best vocals on every song . The production is amazing and is very unique and new .

There are songs you can dance to and there are song you can cry to. I love the lyrics, they are so deep and really give you an idea of what Selena has been through. I also love the features as well. The deluxe songs also add to the track list. There are absolutely no skips on this album. It’s a 10/10 for me.… Expand

    While none of these 13 songs attempt the subtle weirdness of “Bad Liar” and the emotional thesis—self-love!—can be a bit one-note, Rare is the 27-year-old’s most cohesive record to date. ... But it’s difficult to come away from Rare with any real perspective on who Gomez is other than that she doesn’t want to be the person she was, whoever that similarly mysterious shadow was.
