    Um álbum que tem todo o potencial de envelhecer bem ao longo dos anos. Letras mais pessoais e uma Selena mais confortável com sua voz e repertório. Em RARE Selena nos mostra sua jornada de vida amorosa e que em algum momento fará com que nos conectemos e nesse trabalho ela soube explorar isso de diversas perspectivas. Ótimo álbum, vejo RARE como um divisor de águas para os próximosUm álbum que tem todo o potencial de envelhecer bem ao longo dos anos. Letras mais pessoais e uma Selena mais confortável com sua voz e repertório. Em RARE Selena nos mostra sua jornada de vida amorosa e que em algum momento fará com que nos conectemos e nesse trabalho ela soube explorar isso de diversas perspectivas.     This album is so real and she delves into her personal life and gets real about not only her struggles of her past 5 years but also finding a way to heal and become her best self. She plays with new sounds that fit her voice and makes songs that you can dance but you can also cry to.

    Apesar de não ser um album inovador eh notável o amadurecimento das composições, mas ao mesmo tempo não chega a ser um album genérico, a experiência de escuta-lo é relaxante e ao mesmo tempo reflexiviva, um ótimo album

    Muito ruim e genérico, além das músicas serem muito semelhantes umas as outras. Outro ponto bem negativo é que, em alguns momentos, imaginei Camila Cabello interpretando Ring ou a Dua Lipa interpretando Dance Again. Para um 'álbum pessoal' você não conseguir ver a própria intérprete na música, isso só mostra o quão pré-fabricado foi esse CD antes de Selena colocar seus vocais.
    Outro ponto    Muito ruim e genérico, além das músicas serem muito semelhantes umas as outras.     It’s really pathetic that Justin and her broke up and she’s still singing about their relationships. Both singers are trash. The album was boring. All the songs sounds similar

    The only good song is LYTLM as a balad, the rest of the songs are the same rhythm and the voice weak and without force, the breathing voice is boring so that makes the album gets a monotony beat. Revival still being the best album by Selena.

    Best album of the year, I really do understand why she took almost 5 years to release the album, every song has a meaning an tells her story which is nice, I didn’t hear any “skip” song which is great, I really do believe this her best project to-date, she really work hard on this and I can’t wait to be recognized and she receives the respect and awards that she deserves.

    After waiting 4 years for an album after revival. There was a lot of pressure on Selena to release an album worth the wait. This album isn’t like most other pop albums. Selena not only experiments with her sound, she does a good job with it. Highlights of this album are Cut you off, sweeter place ft. Kid Cudi, and Ring.

When we got LYTLM as the lead single, we all expected the album to be something extra deep and emotional, but, when we listen to the whole body of work it’s possible to see that’s completely superficial, with weak lyrics that sound kinda juvenile... “I think you’re kinda crazy ... you’re acting super shady...” Majority of the songs lack substance, and it was really disappointing to me. She’s like “oh wow i’m super amazing lala you’re a bummer” but she doesn’t develop around this, it just dies there, as some childish lyrics. Some songs are really tiring and boring. But, there are still some good songs as: LYTLM, Ring & Cut you off. In these tracks she did THAT! She could’ve done an incredible album, but, this ain’t it.… Expand

    While none of these 13 songs attempt the subtle weirdness of “Bad Liar” and the emotional thesis—self-love!—can be a bit one-note, Rare is the 27-year-old’s most cohesive record to date. ... But it’s difficult to come away from Rare with any real perspective on who Gomez is other than that she doesn’t want to be the person she was, whoever that similarly mysterious shadow was.
