    Best album she’s ever done! The whole thing is on repeat in our house. Every single song is beautifully written. I can’t stand when people say she can’t sing. You don’t have to scream your ass off to be considered a singer. She has a beautiful and soothing voice. I prefer her over anyone else!! ♥️♥️

    The album is wonderful. The lyrics are deep and touch the soul of the listener, even seems to Selena talking with their thoughts. The tempo is different from most of today's music, which I think is great. It is an evolutionary and perfect sound.

    Confesso que de primeira não gostei da sonoridade de algumas músicas, mas na segunda escutada apreciei com mais atenção e não achei uma música ruim, até as mais fracas ainda são boas (pode entrar Ring e Fun). As letras são ótimas e a produção do álbum é impecável. Selena não mentiu quando disse que era o melhor trabalho dela, essa mulher é rara mesmo

    Selena’s long-anticipated third solo album reminds fans why they fell in love with Ms. Gomez long ago. SG’s first 2 releases off Rare are just too catchy to skip, when listening to the full length album. Yes they’ve been played through many times before the release of Rare, but the cohesiveness of the entire album plays too well together to miss any tracks in the lineup. First up though isSelena’s long-anticipated third solo album reminds fans why they fell in love with Ms. Gomez long ago. SG’s first 2 releases off Rare are just too catchy to skip, when listening to the full length album. Yes they’ve been played through many times before the release of Rare, but the cohesiveness of the entire album plays too well together to miss any tracks in the lineup. First up though is the titled attraction, moving from the lyrics questioning why they’re settling for someone who doesn’t appreciate their quality to skipping right along to the next Prince Charming out there. Secondly Dance again in the anthem for every broken soul who was trapped in some sort of toxic relationship, friendship, or even lack of self-confidence. Tracks 3 and 4 herald the albums theme of self-sufficient and picking up the broken pieces of your heart and fixing it you own d*mb self. Ring enters into the track list with an equal amount of humility, of confidence and beauty’- which is admittedly hard to find these days from someone who deserves to claim that title. Vulnerable checks the gossip and the haters, letting people know that staying true to yourself in this mixed up world of drama.. People You Know takes a simple concept of sadness of a lost friendship to a catchy rhythm. Let Me Get Me keeps up there ongoing theme of breaking free and and following your own path and destiny. Crowded Room is the spark of a deserved prize of finding yourself and finding someone who finally appreciates the real you- dare I say love. Kinda Crazy brings us back to the gaslighting from the original problem character themselves, a call back to the earlier tracks on this album, and even a few singles Gomez has released over the last couple years. But don’t be mistaken- she is over it and it looks like she wants them to know it. Fun circle back to the catchy sweetness of a girl who is free to experiment and find her own way through simply having something not-so-serious. Hopefully more than once. cut youOff is the proof that the tea is still hot and we are ready for the lyrics like “How could I confuse that sh*t for love?” Amen sister! A Sweeter Place is anywhere but here and with anyone but the toxic people we just Cut Off. And I hope it’s Fun.… Expand

    The album us a masterpiece!! I am in Love with it! Ya'll should legit listen to it. Songs like Rare, People you know, Vunerable, Dance again. Uugh i can't. The album in general is soo Eefing good 10/10

    Selena gives us a complete album, cohesive and perfect pop. Rare really is rare! This album puts the expectations of the next in the highest.

    While none of these 13 songs attempt the subtle weirdness of “Bad Liar” and the emotional thesis—self-love!—can be a bit one-note, Rare is the 27-year-old’s most cohesive record to date. ... But it’s difficult to come away from Rare with any real perspective on who Gomez is other than that she doesn’t want to be the person she was, whoever that similarly mysterious shadow was.
