This album is a distant 5th behind the rest of the bands catalog. They ditched the keys, the harmonica, and forgot how to write songs that just make you want to listen. It's all chug-chug-chug and incoherent lyrics. I would highly recommend ANY of their previous albums before this one.

The trio has consistently blended their Nashville roots with classic rock and a stoner rock outlook in their previous albums without ever tripping over themselves and falling into a rut.

The result is an excellent sounding but slightly flat affair as the band settles into life as a trio.

Recorded at Abbey Road in London, the eight-track set makes good use of the legendary studio's analog infrastructure, peppering the proceedings with fragmented loops and rewinding reels, all the while maintaining a radiant classic rock core. It's also the group's heaviest outing to date.
