Jan 22, 2020Good, not great
Pros:
-Great Features (Anderson Paak, Juice wrld, Black Thougt)
-The intro and mid section are very good
-Is good way to forget recovery
Cons:
-Too many Tracks
-Some tracks are terrible
-The concept of the name or art work doesn´t feel right with the tracks -
Jan 22, 2020The album is incredibly inconsistent, but has its bright spots that are bright enough to save it from being Revival 2.0. A solid 7/10.
-
Jan 22, 2020This is a really quality album, I think it’s the best work Eminem has put out since the MMLP 2.
-
Mar 3, 2020I like this album, songs like Darkness really show how good Em can be, some songs like stepdad are really disappointing tho, this album is a step in the good direction for Em.

Dec 18, 2020Overall, this is a solid album, but it could easily do without following songs: Leaving Heaven, Farewell, Stepdad, Never Love Again, In Too Deep and Those Kinda Nights. The reason for why these are not great songs, is bad production, boring flow and, sometimes, corny bars. The rest of the album though, is great.

Jul 26, 2021Nem Nem still be mad, but at least he (WAS) going in the right direction with this one. Avoids the kamikaze effect
Favorites: Darkness, Yah Yah, You Gon Learn, Godzilla, I Will, Never Love Again, Little Engine, Marsh, Lock It Up, Leaving Heaven (VERSE 3)
Least Favorites: THE REST (Premonition has a great beat as well as no regrets having one, they're boring -
Dec 30, 2021Its been a while since eminem dropped a satisfactory album (MMLP2). The last two albums felt unfinished but this one certainly didnt. The only problem was the average beats and eminems lifeless voice. Other than that, i loved it!
-
Sep 5, 2022Not his best work but not his worst. I likes the song darkness because of its message and song like those kinda nights with had a catchy hook
-
May 29, 2020Underwhelming compared to last year's Kamikaze, Eminem has still provided enough heat and personality to keep the album off the ground. "Godzilla" is a surefire hit.
-
Jan 22, 2020Not bad but definitely not great, at least it's an improvement upon Kamikaze since that album was really bad... I don't have much to say because I'm not an expert but I didn't like some of the flows and the songs sometimes felt kinda boring...
-
Jan 23, 2020It's OK, some good tracks, some meh tracks. Liked it better than Kamikaze. Darkness is pretty good.

Jan 17, 2020Most of the tracks are average, beats are poor and he sounds like he's doing simple talking instead of rapping. Despite that, I really enjoyed "Premonition", "Unaccommodating", "Marsh" and "I Will". Also, the hooks are great.

Jan 22, 2020Mediocre album. Best we’ve had from em in a few. Only about 2/3 tracks I reckon I’ll go back to
-
Feb 5, 20208-10 good tracks but also some unexplainable ones like Stepdad (i hAAaaAtE mY..... sTePdaD!!!).
-
Jan 25, 2020Tbh, it would be better rated if he cut some songs and retired the whole "I hate my parents" motif. I think compared to his other recent projects its better but as an album standalone its very average.
-
Jan 28, 2020Good album, 'You Gon Learn' is my favourite track of the album, however with 2 or 3 skippable songs and no real lead singles or songs that feel are big I dont think it matches his previous calibre or work.

Dec 24, 2020It has really good songs, yes. But some of the songs in here are truly awful. The best songs are some of the best songs he’s ever put out in the past half decade, but the presence of the terrible songs really hinders me giving it a positive review.
-
Oct 2, 2022actually a decent album from Eminem his first more positive than a negative album in 7 years and might be a good change of form for him if he doesn't **** it up with the next album
-
Jan 24, 2022I'm kinda surprised that the user score is so high, I thought even Eminem's own fans would've seen that this album isn't particularly strong. This isn't a masterpiece or a ten and there's a reason why the critics score is lower than the user's

Jan 20, 2020Clearly Eminem is a great rapper. Nevertheless, he's the most uninteresting person on earth at this point. This thing reeks of "been there done that" and completely fades from ones attention before the halfway point. Couple of nice spots on here but they're drowned in an overlong track list that really can't keep it up. 5/10 pretty much based on technical ability above all else.
-
Jan 22, 2020It's really average. Fairly similar to Eminems recent works but really just "not as bad." Unfortunate evolution for him
-
Jan 22, 2020It's got 5 out of 18 songs that I like. I am really bored with his supersonic flow, it doesn't sound cool it's just annoying.
Awards & Rankings
-
Feb 11, 2020He clearly cares about his output, but “Music To Be Murdered By” is, unfortunately, another mixed bag of tricks, propped up by lyrical acrobatics and underwhelming production.
-
Jan 30, 2020If they look hard enough, any artist could find criticism of their work online. That’s sort of the curse of the Information Age. But not everyone overreacts quite as much as Eminem does. But if his fears grow tiring, his lyrical ability can still give you something to admire, even if the album is somewhat uneven.
-
Jan 27, 2020It is not, strictly speaking, a good record—Eminem hasn’t made one of those in a decade—but it boasts enough technical command and generates just enough arresting ideas to hold your attention.
