    Nothing so special to have such huge critical acclaim! I understand that music media try to find some new to support, but sorry to say that it is not a music album to be rated as 100! Jesus, not.

    Nothing new, sounds already experienced by other artists are used. The lyrics are very pretentious and empty after all. The featurings stand out. Motomami is not at the level of her second album.

As a Spanish speaker most of this album's lyricism is really bad, however, there are also great songs such as SAKURA, cuuute, Candy and obviously the flamenco inspired ones. ¿Pero en realidad le estamos dando un 10? La musica y la producción están bastante bien, ojalá pudiese decir lo mismo de la letra, las canciones realmente son difíciles de entender incluso hablando español, además de que esta plagada de muchísimos sin sentido, lo cual, hace que no te puedas tomar enserio todo en conjunto y lo vuelve algo tedioso y molesto, pero bueno, para pasar el rato supongo que a alguien debe gustarle… Expand

    Algunas de sus canciones tienen buen ritmo, pero sus letras no tienen sentido y la voz de Rosalia no se entiende y mucho menos lo que ella canta

    I have been a long time fan of Rosalia. I knew that nothing could top el mal querer for me but this is so far inferior then I could ever have imagined. Kind of an odd mix of ballads and trap that don’t really suit my tastes. She is incredibly talented but this is not her best showing in my opinion.

    I thought it was a fun album, but it didn't go beyond that, it's not an album I would listen to again, besides, I didn't understand much of what he was saying and that I speak Spanish just like Rosalia.

    Honestamente ella puede hacer mejor esto fue bien comercial y un desmadre y la lírica sin sentido sobretodo cada vez más no se le entiende la lírica aquí los que hablan inglés están votando sin sentido solo por el sonido y te apuesto que no entienden nada.

    The song in Spanish has nothing sense. Now, if you do not speak Spanish, you may like it just the rhythm, but if you are a speech in Spanish, you know what I am talking about

    It has taken three years to release 2 minute songs, except for two songs the album leaves a lot to be desired, remember that it has taken up to 10 composers for a 2 minute song.

    Una muestra de como a base de billetazos se puede influir en la percepción del mercado y hacer pasar este álbum, muy deficiente como "obra de arte", y duele ver a medios que creía un poco más serios como Pitchfork entrando en este juego.

There was no cohesiveness and I feel like she shouldn’t delve into the reggaeton sound. The attempt at mixing both of her loves was a failure in my mind and the addition of sounds from TikTok personalities just made the experience of listening to this album unbearable. I loved her previous work and that’s what made me fall in love with her music, but this is certainly a step backwards.… Expand

    Es un álbum raro que no esperaba de la Rosalía yo en lo personal esperaba algo mejor pareciera que no uso mucho la cabeza para hacer la musica pareciera que solo se grabó cantando por ahí no son temas elaborados algunos beats son buenos pero en general decepcionó la Rosalía

    One of the worst albums of nowadays mainstream music. Fake experimentation for hipsters and for benevolent and accommodating critics. Beginning with the fact that they believe that Rosalía is latina, the album has just catchy songs with strange rhythms in some parts, but that´s not experimental and don't have a real effort. Overrated af, as a product of the hype created by the internet andOne of the worst albums of nowadays mainstream music. Fake experimentation for hipsters and for benevolent and accommodating critics. Beginning with the fact that they believe that Rosalía is latina, the album has just catchy songs with strange rhythms in some parts, but that´s not experimental and don't have a real effort. Overrated af, as a product of the hype created by the internet and people like the youtuber Jaime Altozano. It's sad to read praises for this kind of albums, disappointing, knowing the fact that that in Latin America there are many artists making quality music, without lyrics that are the first thing that comes out of their ass. All of the compliments for the album just say things like ''this is experimental and pop in balance'', but that argument is not enough to put an album in the first place.     I don't understand how this generic pop album gets so much good reviews and even makes it as #2 on albums of the year. I'm completely baffled. There are maybe 2-3 good songs on it, but it sure doesn't merit #2...

    MOTOMAMI is experimental in a way that does not sacrifice function over form. These songs have a pop purpose: they are fragmented, but they are laid in catchy hooks and enthralling beats. MOTOMAMI doesn’t fail to entertain.
