    I have followed Dawes for a long time. I saw a them in concert some time ago and they gave me an Eagles feel to their music. I have to sayI have followed Dawes for a long time. I saw a them in concert some time ago and they gave me an Eagles feel to their music. I have to say they have upped their game on this album. Always tight musically, this has a mellow jazz rock feel which is right in my wheelhouse. Lead guitar reminds me of a Walter Becker jam. I could probably do without the synthesizer on the first cut but each track is memorable with foot tapping music, tight vocals and long ballads.
