    Hands down my favorite album of Madonna since Confessions On A Dancefloor. Madame X brings matureness and a brand new atmosphere. The album is a masterpiece. It is definitely a gift that she is giving to those who enjoy good music. Tens across the board. It is a pleasant trip through history and culture.

    It´s impressive how Madonna have the pop touch... she is bold to create this album, so unique and rich on melodies and lyrics. Dance tracks, latin-oriented songs, Brazilian funk, african beats... but most of all.. great pop songs. A masterpiece of Pop.

    The album is M back at her root as a risk taker in Pop Music where everything was manufactured by co-operations and song writing camps. The album is sonically innovative and surprisingly a cohesive one despite working with multiple producers, multiple genres and themes. There’s no potential hits that might appeal to Billboard Hot 100 but that’s the beauty of this album . There’s no potential hits that might appeal to Billboard Hot 100 but that’s the beauty of this album . It’s not a desperate attempts to gain chart records like Rebel Heart or MDNA and M works best when she went back to trusted producers like Mirwais or perhaps, living in Europe has helped her to gain fresher ideas which resulted in a more organic sound. Critics failed to recognize the beauty of the bizarre and they cannot separate her alter ego Madame X from the real life Madonna which resulted in misleading judgements. To all those fans who complained that she should make another LAP or ROL or COADF, you should know that M only made music if she wants to and if you cannot move forward with these innovative and fresh sound then go home and play The Immaculate Collection then.     While everybody is doing something ephemeral madonna is working again on sending a message to the world, showing musical characteristics so little known until now. The album has it all, emotional songs like Killers Who Are Partying also catchy songs like Crazy, the ultimate hymn God Control and I rise and of course the delicious beat of Faz Gostoso with Anitta.

    I was not at all prepared to like this album. Although I enjoyed Medellin I thought Crave and Future were lackluster. However, in the context of the album they work. God Control is one of the best Madonna beats ever; although, I don't really care for the lyrics.

I an now in love with it. God Control, Looking for Mercy, Dark Ballet, Crave, Faz Gostoso (now) and I don't Search I find are my faves.     One of her best work in years, "Madame X" make us travel around the world. The best part of this journey is that we are talking from peripheral places. We are able to experience what is not obvious or mainstream. That's why it is so revolutionary, but optimistic. It sounds bizarre in the beginning, but that's the main reason "Madame X" is up to become one of Madonna's classic.

    Madame X is conceptual, irreverent, daring and versatile. Madonna was able to elaborate very well the message she wanted to convey. There are no more words for one more masterpiece like that.

    Loving this'll experimenting face. I was taken by surprise by the way Madonna mixed these different styles with such grace like if a batucada and techno pop are the most natural thing in the world. Her best album since Confessions. Hands on down!

    "In your face", bold, raw, different, weird, all-over the place, poignant, truths personal, intimate and totally conceptual. I think she has the cojones to do whatever she wants. She's Madonna. Bravo!

It's like a retrospective of brilliant songs in someone's career. Covering an array of musical genres and languages. The result gives her some real SINGLE potentials.

    Diverse, uplifting, resonating. And the most importantly it is not Boring. The worst thing that can happen to an artist is to produce a boring album, and Madonna is never boring.

    Overall, Madonna’s fourteenth album Madame X feels as if Mirwais had mostly completed a decent run-of-the-mill modern pop record, albeit with a cool hotch-potch global feel; hip nods in place to fado, dub and other micro-genres dunked amongst the trap and retro disco. But then just before sign-off, Herself went through the top-lines with a sharpie. ... None of these carefully curated flourishes feel as if they truly live inside the ‘whole’ of this music. Instead it all feels plonked on top of a template.
