    A phenomenal album. I love it so much, there's no weak link on this album every song is beautifully crafted. 18 tracks so once I get to the end of the album I'm ready to listen again. Cannot wait to be screaming these songs at the next tour, and to add this to my collection of favourite songs.

    When I had listen to it first time, I remember thinking "If I pray, try and listen Lover enough, then maybe I'll love it as much as reputation" *Insert image of me five minutes after dancing with wilder dance move than Tay in my living room to paper rings* If you didn't like Lover first time listening to it then give it a second chance. We have both light and heavy subject matters showcased in the songs presented in this album, and she once again displays her diversity in speaking out in different topics though veiled in metaphors and symbols that perhaps others may not pick up on or understand. I love Cruel Summer for its exquisite production and how the lyrics portray a story that highlights the internal struggle of liking someone you cannot have so fantastically. The Man, for the lyrics that most women can echo and resonate with, and Taylor Swift is definitely qualified to speak on this as she has been subjected to, as she has said, the different vocabulary given to men and women in any industry. Soon You’ll Get Better is heart-wrenchingly raw. Daylight draws parallels from her previous albums and incorporates the lessons she has learned in a touching melody. All in all, her songwriting in this one completely stabs your heart into a million pieces with one song then glues it back together again with another.     This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. i have been listening to this album since its release and have came to this shocking(for me atleast) conclusion that lover has dethroned RED as my favourite TS album. i love 1989 and REP so much as well but RED has a very special place in my heart and for year i never thought that it can be dethroned. we all have different perspectives to see things and have different opinions. sometimes you cannot explain why you that certain thing so much.we are not built the same and we are allowed to have different opinions. lover is a dreamy masterpiece. the production is elite but the best part is the lyrics. she is undoubtedly the greatest song writer of this generation. people have different opinions and that’s acceptable but if you’re hating on this album because of that image that media has painted of her then honey that’s your lose. judging an album without giving it a proper listen is such an idiotic thing to do i mean okay so ME is not your cup of tea that doesn’t mean all the other songs in that album are just like that l. taylor is the most versatile artist tbh, i mean, you need to come down ? the man? daylight? it's nice to have a friend ? and paper rings? she really did that man! like all the song deserve to be in the god tier

    A good transition album from the reputation era of Ms. Taylor Swift. From the experimental and dark atmosphere of the previous album, Lover is giving us another of light and love. The songwriting and and the production is a good combo for this album.

    Swift comes back swinging full force with this new masterpiece. Although kind of bit scattered, every song felt like a process and journey. One time your dancing to songs like paper rings then crying to songs like soon you’ll get better. Along with its massive sales, the album solidifies swift as a pop star mogul and an authentic artist among her peers

    As someone who absolute loves Taylor and all her album, and as someone who has said speak now is her favourite album for the last 8 years, I can confidently say lover is Taylor’s best album of all time, and will go down in history as one of the greatest albums ever.

    Its one of the best albums released this year, or might even be the best one, critics paid it dust as its long WHICH is misogynistic as drake album had 20 songs and that made no difference in the score, people take taylor for granted hence the reason critics do it too while she is a gem in the industry

    it has absolutely 0 skips and many songs with 18 tracks which are all equally good it's practically impossible to pick a favorite, i personally have 4 favorites: cruel summer, cornelia street, london boy, and the man. one of the best albums in 2019

    the lyrics, the sound, the feelings it makes you feel. everything in this album is absolutely amazing. it hits so hard, makes you understand her exact emotions, but seems like you need to have an amazing taste to understand it. sorry taylor, i just want you to know that there are people who love the masterpiece and are grateful for the amazing album. thank you really

    This album shows that Taylor Swift is still evolving and maturing as an artist. Each song is unique while still working together as a cohesive piece of art. Probably my favorite Taylor Swift album to date.

    The album is actually nice and it shows how good as an artist Ms. Swift is, and the artistry of the album is very on point. Aside from that is it's Quality, it is one of the best albums of 2019. Its urge to fight for equality among LGBTQ+ Community, Females and Males are also one of the best in this album.
