Oh how I loathe this CD let me count the ways. First, I didn't buy this CD I actually listened to a copy that my father who is 57 bought, and that should just about tell you about the hip hop conversion of Will Smith. First, I didn't buy this CD I actually listened to a copy that my father who is 57 bought, and that should just about tell you about the hip hop conversion of Will Smith. Lost and Found is like one of those bad big budget movies like Godzilla that tries to be much more than it is based upon the entitlement felt when one can spend a whole lot of money on the vehicle. The beats are overblown, the rhymes are simple, childish and hokey and Will Smith has all of the street credibility of Paris Hilton (who I hear is making a "hip hop" album of her own). If any of you have even the slightest bit of love for hip hop, please don't purchase this album. Your better off just buying one of his old cd's which while awful know what they are. Expand

Feels like the most forced rap record i've heard in years... Will Smith is also one of the worst rappers i've heard in years...

Will Smith is more like Carlton, then the Fresh Prince he once was. If you think this album is great hip-hop, then I suggest you throw out your whole music collection and start over.

  1. His decision to stray from his usual blend of impish party tunes and extended jingles for the latest summer blockbuster constitutes one of the most ill-advised career moves since MC Hammer went gangsta.
  2. Sure, sanitary party jams like "Switch" will get the PTA meeting rocking, but there's just no getting around Smith's insipid rhymes.
  3. Somewhat entertaining.
