    In comparison to Changes, this album shows that Justin has matured lyrically and also dealing with issues of the heart and the problems we’re facing in the world right now. If he continues in this manner, he could grow in his musical abilities and give us great albums in future.
    His lyrics are more relatable and mature. This is probably his best album.     His lyrics are more relatable and mature. This is probably his best album. However, Justin adds some speeches from Martin Luther King, and one may start to wonder what those have to do with this. He adds a MLK speech then start singing about a woman. It makes no sense. It does not have the pop anthems found in Purpose such as ‘Sorry’ or ‘Love Yourself’. Perhaps this album is most lyrically mature, and Purpose has the BOPS.

    I would have wanted to believe that Justin would give us more pop-anthems with this album, sadly, he didn’t. Overall, Justice is a good album, not a great album.    … Expand

    This is the best way to start saving this year. An amazing album made with soul, talent and a different way to live life. I'm so proud of Justin. This deserves everything.

One thing that definitely bugs me is a WHITE man is profiting off of the civil rights movement which is weird yet his new album doesn’t speak on topics of social justice like what was the reason for incorporating the MLK speech interlude but this album is completely about his relationships instead … Expand

    This album is much way better than Changes, Justin redeemed himself on this album and it is a true masterpiece. Each song conveys a bouquet of ineffable feelings to the listener. Listening to the entire album is an incredible journey.

    Justin is totally killing it. The album has so much consistency, beautiful melodies and his voice looks like heaven. I also love the featuring artists that collaborated with this master piece.
    Plus: All the songs could be my favorite, it is really hard to pick only one.

    The album surprised me, it is incredible, each chord, melody, the falsettos and Justin, the collaborations, it is an album totally to what we had heard from the biebs, I am excited for what is coming, for the reviews, for the tour. Justin worked very hard for over a year and now you see the result of this incredible album.     The upshot is that Justice is one of Bieber's steadiest releases, among the easiest to play from start to finish. The only overdone aspect is the low self-esteem and unworthiness the lyrics either suggest or flatly express in almost every song.

    His voice has a palatable smoothness; he’s mastered push-and-pull dynamics, and he swings effortlessly from a placid chest voice to a zephyr of a falsetto. That litheness and control are on full display across Justice. Even when the songwriting is spiritless and the production rote—and it occasionally is, as on the confessional “Unstable” and the saccharine “Deserve You”—he still sings the hell out of it.
