Simultaneously both an ugly and pretty album. Whilst In Love and Death is drenched in overbearing emotions and metaphors with its lyrical silliness, there remains something poetic and melancholic about the experience. Easily the bands lightest release, these pop-rock tunes manage to stand on their own reasonably well with the choruses of 'Take It Away', 'Listening' and 'Lunacy Fringe'Simultaneously both an ugly and pretty album.
