Nov 20, 2020Disappointed.. She really has potential and I KNOW she can do way better than this. But that’s what happens when you put quantity over quality.
-
Nov 20, 2020I really love Meg, but with the songs that came to us I expected a more powerful album, not counting the singles only half the album can be a Hit
-
Nov 20, 2020Megan unfortunately decreases into mediocrity due to subpar production, poor choices in features (excluding SZA,) and less introspection than one would have desired considering recent events the Stallion has been through.
-
Nov 20, 2020The album doesn't stray from what she usually writes, and the album is too similar to what she has already done.

Dec 7, 2020Megan gained huge fame in this year so she is calling this album her debut I guess. I listened her discography and she has her own style called "hot girl". She is doing pretty great, the album is decent but only hit potential songs are Circles, Shoots Fired, Body.

Nov 20, 2020This album was good but pretty generic for a debut . I expected more but nonetheless the album isn’t bad

Nov 20, 2020I would give it a 10 only if Hotties didn’t cross us during Say So Savage week.
-
Nov 20, 2020this album is really bad. no versatility whatsoever and reused lyrics and flows through almost all the songs. there are some stand out tracks, but the album as a whole is extremely underwhelming and boring. i’m giving it a 4, and that’s just being nice

Nov 23, 2020Was expecting more different sounds throughout the album it was quite repetitive until the end of the album, very boring sonically, lyrically its very good with many great messages, album should of been shorter there are many filler tracks on this album
-
Nov 25, 2020Megan has a good flow but she should stop repeating herself and try new things in music.
-
Nov 25, 2020Expected more from Meg for her debut album based on what she's already given us. It sounds like a bunch of random songs possibly meant for radio or single put together on the album
-
Nov 27, 2020DISAPPOINTING. Generally this album is pretty average. It lacks innovation and artistic growth. It speaks about the same subjects that she has spoken in her previous records. It has some standout tracks, but overall it isn't what is expected from one of the most hyped albums of the year.

Dec 15, 2020I typically enjoy Meg's music but this album was only somewhat of a hit. I enjoy Meg's flow and voice, but this album just had some songs that left me head scratching and wondering why they were even put in the album in the first place. still a decent project though.

May 14, 2023Some songs make me run away and not keep listening it's shocking what is yours

Aug 26, 2021Pretty solid for a debut but wish she would switch up her sound a little bit. Freaky Girls is a highlight for me.

Dec 1, 2020The crisp production makes this feel like a well-thought-out and intentional release, rather than a rushed cash-grab. However, it’s this poise that makes Good News exactly that: good. When held up to past releases like Tina Snow and Fever, Megan’s larger-than-life personality over the Dirty South production she is most familiar with is not showcased to its full potential.
-
Nov 30, 2020When Megan moves away from her standard lyrical fare, perpetuating her beef with Tory Lanez on opening track Shots Fired or penning the poppy tune Don’t Rock Me To Sleep, the results are some of the best moments on the album, and if these aspects of her style had been explored some more it could have made for a more diverse LP, but Good News is still chock-full of catchy hooks, stellar verses and feisty attitude.
-
Nov 25, 2020“Good News” proves Megan’s prodigious talent, but it also suggests that, with a bit more digging, this gem could emit an even more prismatic shine.
