    I really like Like Crazy and this Face album, this album contains Jimin's story. This album is very interesting because the lyrics on each song really match the conditions that people are experiencing. Jimin is very creative and talented, his voice is very beautiful. I suggest you listen to this Album.

    This is an amazing album. Jimin did a great job and in each song you can feel as if it also my story, it is an album with Jimin's personal feelings but it fills all the senses and each song is enjoyed from beginning to end. It's a masterpiece!

    Jimin's first solo effort showcases his range as an artist and the risks he took beyond his comfort zone. It's his personal story and yet relatable - the pain, loneliness, need to distract oneself, and the desire to break free. I've gone through the full album several times and can't get enough of his mellifluous voice. Letter is one of my favorites - it's definitely a comfort song, but IJimin's first solo effort showcases his range as an artist and the risks he took beyond his comfort zone. It's his personal story and yet relatable - the pain, loneliness, need to distract oneself, and the desire to break free. I've gone through the full album several times and can't get enough of his mellifluous voice. Letter is one of my favorites - it's definitely a comfort song, but I also like the rage in Set Me Free Pt. 2. Like Crazy is truly a bop and a song that I've been able to introduce to people who are not really into kpop. Face-Off and Alone are gems on their own as well. Overall, I am excited for his next albums and what further surprises he has in store for us -- including more of his amazing dance performances in the MVs.… Expand

    This albums tells a story of the artist himself. The way the track were sequenced from the start to the end showcases detailed artistry and narration the artist wanted to tell. Not one song is dull from the album. Vocal, melody and lyrics are perfectly well balanced. Since it is a debut album, it understandably shorter than a full LP album. There is a hidden song only can be listened goThis albums tells a story of the artist himself. The way the track were sequenced from the start to the end showcases detailed artistry and narration the artist wanted to tell. Not one song is dull from the album. Vocal, melody and lyrics are perfectly well balanced. Since it is a debut album, it understandably shorter than a full LP album.     Every time a member of BTS releases a solo project, I feel like we get to see a part of their souls. Jimin really put himself out there with this album. It's short but it has weight cause of how vulnerable he is. I feel for him and all he's been through, but I appreciate him willing to share his inner self with us.     Jimin never disappoints. This is such a good album and is only his debut, which is surprising in a very good way. I love it, i can't stop listening to it and also can't wait to hear the next music from him!

    You can see that Jimin really worked hard to produce this album. His struggles and his mental stealthiness are reflected in this album. The storytelling of his journey through his state during the pandemic are articulated beautifully.

    The first solo EP/album from Jimin does not disappoint. The EP is extremely cohesive from beginning to end, and is meant to be listened to in order for the full effect. There can be lots of interpretations of the album, but my favorite is the stages of grief, where Face-Off represents anger ("believing in people, it's all a terrible nightmare"), Interlude: Dive represents denial (you hearThe first solo EP/album from Jimin does not disappoint. There can be lots of interpretations of the album, but my favorite is the stages of grief, where Face-Off represents anger ("believing in people, it's all a terrible nightmare"), Interlude: Dive represents denial (you hear Jimin speaking over a crowd of people, and then hurried footsteps), Like Crazy represents bargaining ("don't save me, don't you try to save me" - probably one of the best song outros I've heard in awhile), Alone represents depression ("I feel like I'm losing myself slowly"), and Set Me Free represents acceptance ("I won't hide even if it hurts anymore). Each song has a unique sound and sonically rich. For instance, the way Jimin uses computer effects in Alone when he sings "day and night, fall and repeat," you feel the oppression of the repetitiveness of this life's emptiness. You truly feel the emotion of every word Jimin sings. In this context, the last song, Set Me Free, feels liberating, and the autotune is this song is used masterfully as a second voice in the song - you feel that there are two parts of Jimin battling it out: The autotuned "take no prisoners" voice, and the softer "real" voice, if you will.

    Every note, every lyric, every sound effect is well thought out. My only complaint is the brevity of the EP. But I look forward to anticipation to more work from an amazing artist.    … Expand

    I listened to the whole album right when it dropped, and let me tell you, I literally cried out on the street, on my way to work, and worse, I was walking then, so literally anyone could see my tear-streaked face. But it was so worth it, not waiting for later when I was home in the comfort of my room to listen to this, because I could not wait any more than that to finally get to know the songs he had been working on for such a special album.

    I believe the album was organized into such a way where he went from accepting love, looking within and then accepting themselves. It's hard to understand that you're loved by someone else, but it's even harder to be aware of your love for yourself, because we're always our harshest critic.Am glad he was able to put his emotion into it and everything he gone through and when I heard set me free prt2 now I know his free and as accepted himself and not trying to please anyone his happiness comes first PARK JIMIN i hope you will continue to be happy always and to work yourself too much to be perfect because as human we are not perfect I want you to know your album have me reason to see more to life I hope you continue to give us great album like this again.With just 6 songs in FACE you gave me the best album of the year    … Expand

    As expected, it's a hot song. It is a synth-pop genre that is popular these days, and tears flowed today with a sad emotion and a sweet voice. If you liked this song, I also recommend Jimin's "face off."

    While it’s a short EP, it doesn’t disappoint. If anything, he presents himself as a soloist with an unexpected sound for his high-pitched countertenor voice and very far from those earlier ballads we have heard from him.

    Its six tracks wrap all too quickly, and while it was specified that Jimin doesn’t consider this a full-length project, it does leave the listener craving more music in this vein somewhere down the road — it’s worth repeating that the energy of “Face-off” is one that he should consider chasing most of all.
