    Expectations is one of the worst albums released so far in 2018 and it definitely willn't boost the musical career of this talented singer-songwriter Bebe Rexha. While not the up-tempo record for the dance floor that some might expect, it gets annoying despite the abundance of half-time and introspective ballads out there, plus the excessive auto-tune.

    Expectations hits a lot more than it misses. Bebe Rexha is no ordinary singer. She’s a chameleon who can switch vocals, blend with any sound, and find rhythm with any tempo. She is an artist that can make other genres pop.

    On Expectations, Rexha paints herself as a heroine trapped in an ivory tower of her own making. But her cat-scratching upper register suggests sensitivity more than vengeance.
