    The band return with a record worthy of their already legendary canon of genre-defining works. Mayhem treat each song as an evil spectacle, pushing it to its most absurd and dissonant limits. There’s no respite here, and it’s one of Mayhem’s best albums because of it.

    The only real drawback is that the album lacks the intrigue surrounding something as adventurous as their previous album. Daemon still has a lot to sink your teeth into, and fans of black metal and Mayhem should not miss out on it.

Lyrika całkiem niezła, kilka one-linerów zostaje w pamięci, ale głównie to jednak generator strasznych słów, na plus, że panowie łącza też norweski z tym.
    Wokalnie od dramatycznych zawołań tak przesadzonych, że aż śmiesznych po naprawdę niepokojące wyziewy, nic oryginalnego ale na równym poziomie.    … Full Review »

    Daemon is a very good album that brought back a great Mayhem job. From his respective album "De Mysteriis Dom Sathanas" Mayhem always tried toDaemon is a very good album that brought back a great Mayhem job. From his respective album "De Mysteriis Dom Sathanas" Mayhem always tried to do the same with his subsequent albums. and that it seemed that this band had already lost its essence ... but Daemon showed that this band gave it all in this album with songs like: The Dying False King, Worthless Abominations Destroyed, Bad Blood, Falsified and Hated and my favorite Of Worms and Ruins. this album is 100% recommended for any fan of black metal and Mayhem… Full Review »
