Feb 14, 2020it feels like he backtracked as an artist.... journals and purpose were SO good and showed growth. most the songs on this album sound the same, dont flow well, and lack lyrical depth. i think by completely ignoring his emotions and not writing about his breakup with selena in 2018, it held him back creatively. sad. all love.
