    As Lana explores a vast space of music, her versatility never stops from getting better. This album shows how raw Lana can be with her music. She didn't hide or filter and sugarcoat words in her song, she wrote it personally. This album manages to add more to how she can make music by even adding the song dealer which is a screamer. Amazing overall.

    Some of her best work. It's super personal and reflects on her life and current thoughts more than some of her other albums. I love that it included previously unreleased tracks and has some lyrical connection to her works. Overall I absolutely loved this album. 10/10.

Black Bathing Suit is an amazing work of art and one of my fav lana songs right now. I strongly recommend listening to this album.     Cuando creía que NFR y COTCC nunca podrían ser superados o igualados a nivel de arte y calidad, llega Blue Banisters a demostrarme lo equivocado, en definitiva, Lana del Rey nunca decepciona y se supera a si misma con cada trabajo musical que saca al mercado.

    This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. Lana del Rey nos invita con Blue Bannister al salon de su casa a tomar una limonada y contarnos sus mas intimos momentos. Nos confiesa las cosas mas íntimas y duras de escuchar de su carrera, pero lo hace con una sutileza tal que a oídos de noobsters del mundo Lana podría sonar simplón cuando, la verdad es que cada sonido del album esta pensado para reflejar la verdadera personalidad de la artista. No deja de lado experimentar con los ritmos y nos encontramos momentos tan míticos como "black bathing suit", en el que el coro se vuelve totalmente loco, la bateria suena alocada y a destiempo y el coro te esta gritando detras de los oidos; y es que en esta canción Lana se deja llevar por la rabia hacia aquellos que han osado estereotiparla, me atrevería a decir incluso que a juzgarla por su aspecto... La lírica se vuelve una parte esencial de este trabajo, momentos tan bien contados como la pista Blue Banister son difíciles de superar, pues te dibuja a golpe de letra un escenario en el que esa persona que le prometió todo no cumplió sus promesas pero gracias a Dios, sus hermanas, sus amigas están ahí para desdibujar las barandillas de ese triste azul a colores como el verde, pero el dolor latente entre mezclado con la esperanza crean esos tonos grisáceos a los que hace referencia. Personalmente mi tema preferido es sin duda alguna Violet for Roses, es un statement en toda regla a la idea de no dejar que nada ni nadie cambie tu esencia, lo que te hace original y unico, no importa si esas cosas parecen las mas simples, son tuyas y punto y nadie tiene el derecho a cambiarlas. Podria seguir y hacer una cirugía improvisada de cada tema pero la verdad es que lo que más me apetece ahora mismo es seguir viendo la lluvia caer mientras escucho el álbum y pienso en las mil maneras en las que Lana mandaría a Kevin a tomar por saco (f..ck u Kevin).… Expand

    Blue Banisters is definitely one of her top albums. The whole record flows very smoothly and is very cohesive with the topics and themes throughout. Lana’s vocals reach new heights not heard before in her past records, and her songwriting hasn’t lost its witty touch with the new record either. The second album in one year following Chemtrails Over the Country Club, proving that she hasn’tBlue Banisters is definitely one of her top albums. The whole record flows very smoothly and is very cohesive with the topics and themes throughout. Lana’s vocals reach new heights not heard before in her past records, and her songwriting hasn’t lost its witty touch with the new record either.     While the days of Born to Die have long since passed, Lana Del Rey is still seeking paradise, closer now than ever as she turns her search inward, seemingly recognizing that paradise is ultimately found within the best of oneself. Still, if there is indeed a physical Arcadia to be revealed, it has not emerged in its entirety on Blue Banisters. That said, its intoxicating hints are enough to keep seekers thirsty.
