While there is greater subtlety at play than when he was in Gallows, he still sounds at his most thrilling on the more aggressive material. [Oct 2015, p.104]

Songs on Blossom hit you like a blast of unapologetic, raw, breath of fresh air if that makes any sense. And it just keeps growing on you.Songs on Blossom hit you like a blast of unapologetic, raw, breath of fresh air if that makes any sense. And it just keeps growing on you. Perfect combination of top notch musicianship, massive guitar hooks, not-overly polished song craftsmanship combined with Frank Carters abrasive yet somehow soothingly melodic vocal chops. Also the drummer Memby Jago sounds like Grohl and Brad Wilke had a 500kg demon lovechild. Rage brought me to Gallows who brought me to Pure Love who brought me to the Rattlesnakes. I think I might like this the best. An oh, did I mention I love this band and album? Full Review »
