    Although a couple songs don't fully capture Neale's compositional skills, the closing track There From Here is a tremendous highlight. [Sep 2025, p.105]

    While oscillating between these conflicting states, Neale delivers her near-apocalyptic songs with eloquence and sangfroid. If Altogether Stranger is Neale bidding adieu to Los Angeles, then it is an unforgettable farewell.
