I loved this album so much and it’s actually the first album I’ve ever bought. Only 8 songs yet all can be title tracks. It's a total bop.
And the lyrics and messages in each song, I never thought that I would cry to an upbeat song, but Lovesick Girls did that to me.
This whole album makes me feel empowered as a woman and as a person. I think that's what I love the most about it. 10/10 for me.

Perfect album. Each and every song is worth listening and on repeat. Even though some people are telling that the album is quite short.
That's the most we can get from yg entertainment. And more tracks are there in there Netflix series.

The Album is appropriately named. It is THE ALBUM. The different sides of Blackpink shine through in the 8 tracks that can easily stand alone as title tracks. The Album takes you through a roller coaster of emotions as you get sentimental and ready to cry listening to "You Never Know" then  jump to feeling empowered and channeling your inner Badass  as you listen to "How You like That" and "Pretty Savage". Thats not all, the 4 Queens of Blackpink collab with powerful women, Selena Gomez (Icecream) and Cardi B (Bet You Wanna) to deliver fun flirty and catchy tracks that will have you singing along all day.  There's even a track for the haters titled  "Love to Hate Me" If any of this sparks your interest, go ahead and give The Album a listen. Please disregard all those negative reviews that are only there as an insult to Blackpink. The girls said it best there are people out there that "Love to Hate" them and will gladly go out of their way and waste their time to try sabotage them by leaving a review for an Album they probably didnt even listen to. That being said, If you want to support 4 Beautiful and Talented women that face harrassment, slut shaming, and an enormous amount of online bullying on the daily for simply breathing and being successful women, Buy and stream The Album and title track Lovesick Girls! Crammed chockfull of crowd-pleasing EDM pyrotechnics and cheeky one-liners, The Album is undeniably a product of a well-oiled, state-of-the-art pop machine, but it feels stuck looking back to tried and true trends in both K-pop and Western pop music.

The Album showcases their signature style of blending genres and influences to create songs that are just as classically pop as they are identifiably BLACKPINK.
