    The Album is so sonically cohesive and truly captivates the meaning of Blackpink. It gives you attitude but with class. They definitely are now at par with the main pop girls. This is isn’t even KPop anymore. Lisa’s raps definitely gave this album more flavor adding it with the soulful vocals of Jisoo and the power of Rosé vocal color, Jennie did well as well.     This album certainly speaks for blackpink's personality, it is honest with glamorous notes and strong lyrics that establish how powerful the group can be. The vocals are pretty stable and the whole production of it was really well done. There are songs for any aspect of their personalities, strength while dealing with struggles

    So good!! Loved every song on there. Especially Bet you wanna with Cardi B !! Rose really showed her amazing vocals and Loved hearing more of Jisoo and loved hearing Jennie rapping in Lovesick girls. Overall really light hearted fun album with so much potential. Blackpink really showed their abilities with this album.

A sonoridade tá perfeita, os acordes e as batidas casam muito bem com as letras, que apesar de não entender coreano da pra ter noção do que fala ( também dei uma pesquisada). Minha única crítica negativa é em relação a duração que é bem curta, e fiquei com vontade de mais.     When BLACKPINK takes control of how they want the album to sounds like, you realize how great musicians and producers they really are. The title song "Lovesick Girls" was written by Kim Jisoo and Jennie Kim and produced by Jennie impacts the listeners with great vocal range from Rosé and Jisoo, and how amazing rappers Lisa and Jennie are.

    I’ve been a k-pop fan since 2011. I stopped by SNSD and 2ne1, the two girl groups that were the biggest. I met BLACKPINK a week ago and they definitely touched me. ‘THE ALBUM’ is one of the best female k-pop albums and definitely the best of recent years. Each song is unique and added to the talent of the girls. Absolutely no one is doing it like them. Wow.

Their vocals are so beautiful, even the rappers sing too which isn't something we see quite often. The Korean parts don't sound foreign at all, just like Latin music you can jam to the beats and sing out the catchy bits without knowing what it means.
