The newest from Paramore is a disgrace to their beginnings, and, I guess, the end of Paramore as a decent rock band. This is pure saccharine, shallow, cookie-cutter, generic pop garbage. Just awful. They seem to be imitating MisterWives..... quite poorly.

Honestly I wish I could rate this lower than a zero. They strayed away from their true selves all in the pursuit of money and becoming more popular to the braindead 13 year olds of the post 2000 kids. It honestly saddens me to know that they really don't care about their fans who made them who they are. Another band lost to electronics and mainstream crap. RIPParamore And RIPFOB

I'm still hopeful that they revert to their true selves as a band. But I'm not holding my breath. They are making too much money off of features and AL they probably won't stop.

This album is frustrating because if done right it's a solid album but the way they took it well it sucks stupid 80s new wave crase. Like what i said with the mcr ranking they pulled off the brighter pop rock sound well at least they were more tongue and cheek about it and there instruments were turned up and they weren't caught up with the whole 80s crase so paramore should have turned upThis album is frustrating because if done right it's a solid album but the way they took it well it sucks stupid 80s new wave crase. Like what i said with the mcr ranking they pulled off the brighter pop rock sound well at least they were more tongue and cheek about it and there instruments were turned up and they weren't caught up with the whole 80s crase so paramore should have turned up there instruments used the synths for the background and not make it new wave sounding make it harder and hayley you can sing better then what you did on the album like hayley is known for melting my face off with her high notes that she reaches so expect nothing more then s tier sing but here performance on this album is b tier. I will also say that the synths ruin the album it's basically the st.anger snare. The only things about the album i didn't hate were that i didn't hate pool i still don't like it tho and it was cool to here zac sing a bit in grudges and hayley did reach some high notes on caught in the middle and idle worship. I know hayley was going through some hard times but she and paramore are shells of there formal selfs like hayley used to be the spunky redhead now shes the stereotypical blonde emo chick but she’s pretending not to be emo by trying to be happy and like pop music. That being said this album isn't good and i hope this album is a one time experiment and they don't continue with the sound 2.5/10 Expand

An album that’s ultimately OK with not being OK, it’s for that reason alone that it may just be perfect.

This album is a brave, bold-faced exorcism. While the wounds may still be fresh, the healing has finally begun.

Williams has managed to get out from under the pressure of having to be the perma-grinning frontwoman, and the emotional uncertainty that’s exposed is fascinating. Musically, meanwhile, this is as free as they’ve ever sounded. Again: Paramore have always been a pop band. They’ve just never been this proud of it.
