    Already sounds like a classic album, there are so many great songs, some of them the bests of Gaga's catalog. Highlights: Shallow, Before I Cry, Is That Alright? and Always Remember us This way. Even the more pop songs of Ally are good and fun to hear what includes bops like Hair Body Face and Heal Me. But the ballads are the masterpieces of the album. It's a Gaga classic and probably theAlready sounds like a classic album, there are so many great songs, some of them the bests of Gaga's catalog.     As a soundtrack, this is one of the most enjoyable I've ever heard. The music itself being a character in the film. So much so, that the dialogue is perfectly suited in between each song, almost as if you're watching the film in your head. Bradley Cooper revealing a surprising vocal capability that honestly makes me itch for more music from him. As Gaga has famously said in manyAs a soundtrack, this is one of the most enjoyable I've ever heard. The music itself being a character in the film. So much so, that the dialogue is perfectly suited in between each song, almost as if you're watching the film in your head. Bradley Cooper revealing a surprising vocal capability that honestly makes me itch for more music from him. As Gaga has famously said in many interviews, Bradley's voice is able to reach a level of substance and depth many ARTISTS haven't even accomplished. Lady Gaga delivers some of the best material of her career, with absolute modern classics such as "Shallow", "Is That Alright", "Always Remember Us This Way" and the already iconic and heartbreaking "I'll Never Love Again", possibly Gaga's greatest and most iconic song to date. Gaga also delivering some fantastic pop tracks, such as "Look What I Found", "Before I Cry" and the generic but yet infectious "Why Did You Do That", "Hair Body Face" and "Heal Me."
    Perhaps some of the most powerful and impressive tracks on the album for me are the albums featuring both Gaga and Cooper, as their energies and vocals blend together angelically. "Music to My Eyes" being a beautifully mastered country pop ballad, Cooper's vocals having a similar sound to Red Hot Chili Peppers's Anthony Kiedis; Their most capturing and transcending performance together, apart from "Shallow", for me, must be "I Don't Know What Love Is" which bares a beautifully, classic sound that's reminiscent to a 70's love song. As for Oscar contenders for Best Original Song, it would be very hard to choose, as any of these songs could fit perfectly in that category, apart from the songs that in the film, are portrayed to be Ally's "generic" pop songs. My picks would be "I'll Never Love Again", "I Don't Know What Love Is", "Black Eyes", "Is That Alright?" and "Always Remember Us This Way." A beautiful collection of songs. As I said before, perhaps some of Gaga's most brilliantly powerful and soul crushing tracks to date. This generation's queen of beautiful, classic ballads. She's done it again, and Bradley has shown himself to be not only an astounding director, but also songwriter and vocalist. What can't he do?    … Expand

    Bradley and (especially) Gaga's vocals shine throughout this OST. The production and lyrics are amazing, and the songs also have a good flow of emotions which directly mirrors the film experience.

    The chemistry of the couple is perfect and the songs are incredibly beautiful, hopefully the roles of Gaga and Cooper have the recognition they deserve, as it is noticeable the delivery they have made to their characters, a true story of love and drama

    Beautiful soundtrack, the album has an explosion of rhythms and yet it sounds cohesive, the songs complete and help in the composition of the story, surely deserves to be heard from beginning to end, especially the ballads beautifully sung by Gaga.

    FANTASTIC movie. FANTASTIC soundtrack. Absolutely love everything about it. Standout tracks include: Shallow, Always Remember Us This Way, Shallow, I'll Never Love Again (Extended Version), Shallow, Heal Me and Shallow.

    I really love this soundtrack. Gaga and Bradley are amazing. This soundtrack is so faithful to the movie, it's like a second journey, the movie being the first. The dialogs are helping so much with the experience. Gaga's voice is extraordinary and Bradley's too, I never thought he could sing like that!

    Gaga se mostra uma artista completa, na música e agora no cinema.
    A trilha sonora mostra o ponto mais forte da artista, sua voz. Se encaixa perfeitamente com a personagem e sua relação com Bradley, na voz, traz uma grande aventura emocional, na relação dos personagens. Shallow sem dúvida uma das melhores músicas para o cinema.

    Mas sobre a trilha, ela e Bradley Cooper foi uma das melhores duplas em filmes, como os dois se conectaram no papel é incrível, a construção da história também foi genial, conseguiram ficar fiel as antigas versões (nas quais assistir as versões de 1937 de Janet Gaynor e 1954 de Judy Garland), e digo que o filme conseguiu incorporar algumas coisas, porém criando um novo conceito para o filme.

    Sobre as faixas amei 'Shallow', 'Heal Me', 'La Vie En Rose', 'Maybe It's Time', 'Alibi', 'Look What I Found' e a emocionante 'I'll Never Love Again' entre outras, pois a trilha sonora não traz um defeito todas as faixas produzidas com excelência, e sem dizer que Gaga já é uma artista que se preocupa com a qualidade dos seus trabalhos, e nesse mesmo sendo não um trabalho pessoal da Gaga, ela compôs quase todas as músicas, detalhe que 'La Vie En Rose' é um cover da música de Édith Piaf, que Gaga interpretou no filme na primeira vez que viu Jackson Maine (Bradley Cooper), Gaga interpretou o papel da Ally, uma garçonete que canta nos barzinhos á noite.

    Bem, sobre a trilha é um trabalho de 100% de excelência trazendo versatilidade, como faixas pop, country, rock e um pouco de jazz, sem dúvidas uma das melhores trilhas sonoras que já ouvi!    … Expand

The vocals and the production of the artists are incredible, especially in "I'll Never Love Again". Shallow is like a discovery, when Gaga's vets overlap with Bradley's. The story told in the form of music makes you get excited inThis soundtrack is incredible, starting from the beginning of the collapse of a great artist, from the passion between the protagonists to the rise of Ally pop.     There’s undoubtedly a strong 10-song album lodged at the core of A Star Is Born, but unlike the film, wherein an outsized sense of sentimentality is rendered affecting by the more grounded performances, there’s not nearly enough substance here to justify all the bombast.

    Save for a digital flourish or two on the pop songs that make up much of the film’s back half, there’s very little here that would’ve sounded out of place on blockbuster film soundtracks of decades past. At its peaks, the album delivers on the promise of its star-wattage with some of the most affecting and emotionally overwhelming pop songs of the year.

    Overall though, A Star is Born is one of the best Hollywood soundtracks of recent years. Far from being Oscar bait, these are songs that could feasibly shine on their own--and ones that feel entirely believable.
